New Years Eve Dinner Ticket

Dinner will start at 7pm. 

Dinner will be:

First course 

Caviar, Creme Fraiche and fresh chives paired with sparking

Second course 

Baked Brie en croute with fig jam, toasted pecans and prosciutto paired with a Santa Cruz Pinot

Third course 

Slow Braised Beef short ribs over creamy parmesan polenta paired with a Santa Cruz Nebbiolo

Dark Chocolate truffles with fresh raspberries paired with a Tawny Port 

Band Swag Tones will start at 8pm and end at 12:30am 

Midnight toast with Balloon drop included
